Shipping policy
With the exception of pre-orders, all orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Pre-Orders will be processed once they are received. Pre-orders arrive at our store 3-7 business days after the release date, which can be found in our item description.
Please be mindful of additional/unexpected shipping delays due to unforeseen weather etc.; we cannot control shipping delays as our merchandise ships directly from the manufacturing companies in Korea. Once received, pre-order processing takes 2-3 business days. Depending on the pre-order volume, fulfillment processing could take longer than expected. Note: all pre-orders are processed in the order they are placed. If you ordered close to the release date, please note your order will take longer to process. Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together once all items in the order are available. We are unable to split shipments, so we recommend placing separate orders if you would like in-stock items to ship sooner.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders over $150 will include Free Shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at komfortpopshop@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Private shipping companies or carriers, such as UPS, FedEx and Amazon, are not able to deliver to (place mail in) a PO Box. Only the United States Postal Service® is permitted to deliver mail to a PO Box. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, or with an unboxing video and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at komfortpopshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and an unboxing video. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
