Pre-orders will begin shipping 3 to 7 business days after the official release date. This allows us time to carefully process, package, and fulfill all pre-order requests in the order they were received. Once your item ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

¿Puedo cambiar mi dirección de envío?

Yes, you can change your shipping address as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet. If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping details.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to make any changes. To avoid delays or delivery issues, we recommend double-checking your shipping information before completing your purchase.

What should I do if my package doesn’t arrive?

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, we recommend first checking the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. Sometimes packages may experience delays or be marked as delivered a day or two before they actually arrive.

If the tracking status shows that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping courier directly for further assistance. Once a package has been handed off to the courier, it is out of our control, and we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered mail.

Merch Requests

Can I request a specific album or item that’s not currently listed on your site?

Absolutely! If there’s a specific album or item you’re looking for that isn't available in our current catalog, we’d be happy to try and source it for you. Simply reach out to us through our Merch Request form with the details of what you’re looking for.

Once we’ve confirmed availability, we’ll create a custom product link for you to place a pre-order directly through our site. This way, you can secure the item in advance, and we’ll take care of the rest! Please note that availability may vary depending on the artist, label, or region, but we’ll always do our best to fulfill your request.

When will my merch request items ship?

All items ordered through our Merch Request service will ship based on availability from our suppliers. Since these items are specially sourced upon request, processing and shipping times may vary depending on factors such as stock levels, supplier location, and shipping method.

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and notify you as soon as your item is ready to ship. If there are any unexpected delays or availability issues, we’ll reach out to you directly with options or alternatives. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we work to get your requested item to you as quickly as possible!

Returns/Refunds

Can I return my purchase?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For albums, you will need to provide an unboxing video showing the full unboxing process (from package box opening to album opening). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
